Higher discounts apply to lower priced prints, i.e. largest size print receives 0% discount, second largest (or second of same size) 10%, third largest (or third of same size) 15% etc.

Discounts only apply to prints ordered at the same time. This Order Form caters for purchases of no more than four prints. Please contact me to discuss larger orders.

YOUR DETAILS

Please complete and send this Order with a cheque for the Total order amount, made payable to 'Daniel Bridge', to the address at the top of this form.  Your order will be confirmed by phone or e-mail and delivery will be made in approximately 4 weeks.  If you have any queries relating to the ordering of prints, please contact me before sending this form.  If you require to add any comments to this order, please do so on the reverse of this form.
